In my teenage I was quite furious about Karmakanda and how it destroyed essence of Vedic teaching. Slowly I learned all men are not capable to get into Vedas at one shot. They need process to make themselves prepared for the knowledge. And Karmakanda is perfectly written for that part but politics of Nalayak children of some pundits who were not worthy even to speak about Vedas uses Vedas and especially Karmakanda for their relation with king and destroyed the essence of Vedic teaching. Same seems to applicable to law. Law is manifest form of justice seeking. It has no other purpose than delivering or making path for justice. But impurities of law and its practices seems to make people believe that justice does not exist. Justice is a nonsensical idea which is never achievable. Law and its politics can go very seriously wrong. Even dangerous than voting process for legislation, destruction of justice just for one person, whole civilization can be destroyed.  Some 10 years ago I was quite fond of physics. The road block introduced by Heisenberg (I don't know how much I understand his uncertainty principle) and that famous quote of Einstein that God doesn't play dice. Probability and distaste towards it rooted to these two pioneers. Lazy people have thousand excuses for not doing anything. Our measurement tools and tools of memory and analysis could never be perfectly truthful.  No. 1 never desire to to be no 1 as it is a consequence. We have learned from Ramayan that even lord Shree Ram an incarnation of Lord Shree Hari Vishnu never showed his true powers except for hours of need.  At times like these where economy is struggling to function properly, many try to destroy image or public perception of professions like public accountants to match their motives:  1. Lack of businesses also hamper public accountants and thus private sector delude them with low pay and low key status in an organization.  2. Low pay to public accountants means economy of the country is not in the right track and also the governance is already hitting the lowest possible state. 3.  I was greatly surprised by utility and its own utilities to explain economic theory. I still love microeconomics though not as capable of controlling economy as macroeconomics can, but in real interaction of human desire and co-ordination among human to satisfy those desires is explained by microeconomics alone so far my level of understanding allows. Microeconomics in BBS and CA, both are sufficiently incapable of imparting any knowledge of utility theory to students and hence handicapped students about the foundation of economics itself. May be they are more equipped in their journey by learning managerial economics than micro economics then I will be only wrong and nothing more.  However, I got the opportunity to learn economics by grace of learned teachers of TU RR Campus, and saw the interaction of human desires and economy. Wealth is accumulation of things that are held for appreciation of price or for security reason whatever political reason they hold. Wealth is also that part which is not actively circulating in the economy or in the optimum uses form. Let me call all surplus owned by anybody [here only rightfully earned surplus I am discussing and not about any untouchable immoral goods which can not be termed as wealth - only illegal or immoral or sinful possession can be termed] owned as per legal system as wealth.  Capital is that seed which can grow into tree producing more seeds.  This school is taking average of past for future. it only works when the past is golden or for some wise not to to repeat what was wrong in the past.  However, without realization of actual realities as prescribed by Upanishad, taking average like in natural sciences, it won't work. for natural objects got one reality and they are constantly following them hence by taking average of past they can rightfully come to best truth possible. however, human realities is not that easy to average out. only outliers ever reach 3rd state and may <100 out of all human population in any time reach 4th state. Hence, average can never reach 3rd and 4th state of realities.  Hence, historical school of law is not complete and is not good enough for way forward to reach ultimate human or universal reality.
