In my teenage I was quite furious about Karmakanda and how it destroyed essence of Vedic teaching. Slowly I learned all men are not capable to get into Vedas at one shot. They need process to make themselves prepared for the knowledge. And Karmakanda is perfectly written for that part but politics of Nalayak children of some pundits who were not worthy even to speak about Vedas uses Vedas and especially Karmakanda for their relation with king and destroyed the essence of Vedic teaching.
Same seems to applicable to law. Law is manifest form of justice seeking. It has no other purpose than delivering or making path for justice. But impurities of law and its practices seems to make people believe that justice does not exist. Justice is a nonsensical idea which is never achievable. Law and its politics can go very seriously wrong. Even dangerous than voting process for legislation, destruction of justice just for one person, whole civilization can be destroyed.
Why??
Justice is divine thing. It is built with creation of time itself. Everybody and everything are given laws, material things are in their own laws when they dare to disobey they will loose their essence. This beautiful creation of almighty is ever changing but never deviated from law. But when one is following its own law and somebody else is forcing it from its law then injustice occurs. In case of human, self realization by preserving this body is the law, in name of anything to destroy this law of anyone is injustice and when no human deliver it, God will deliver justice.
Some are too confused with technicalities, others are deluded by power and wealth it commands are lost in vast cosmos of divine play. Some even argue even at this level of inhumanity why divine intervention is not working, oh for that saintly beings are required. Who does evil to others, they won't get any help by offering donation to temples. Even a single saint will be protected by God. Innocent is saint. That's why when king will be killing child and woman, divine intervention work faster than for those who are evil by themselves. Also the innocent calling is required. Why? the whole creation is hidden in this body itself, people fear atom bomb, this body is far superior than Atom bomb itself if it realized itself. And that is Ishwor for you who is outside and inside protecting justice not by humiliating others or categorizing one less and other more, one required for system and other not so, one superior and another inferior. This technicalities of law is getting worse day by day, throwing people in worse case day by day. The consequence will be harsher and it does not even require divine intervention, natural intervention is enough. They take different forms and eat out those causing this technicalities to prevent justice from happening.
