Unjust protection and promotion of Land and Share owners (Case of unjustly protected bank borrowers)

Sometime I just wonder why in this land of devata, people are just running for unjust things. Then my mind reminds me that only few percentage of people are doing all these nonsense because rest are so use to Moksha they never actually speak up.  Whole economy in this country can be described as followings : 1. land owners go to bank and using it as collateral take loan for business 2. they use that loan for inflating land price and must businesses run on credit  3. large borrowers took such projects which should never be completed but just enjoy all luxury in name of such borrowings  4. others so called high net worth individuals can enjoy margin lending (idk why they having liquid assets are given loan facility based on such shares) but given lowering value of such loan they are protected by banks or given unnecessary time to repay 5. why should they (both land(except for small borrowers whose whole property is one piece of land or agricultural land to sustain fam...

Searching Indra

Given the supremacy among Gods and First among Adityas, Indra holds the uppermost position and is praiseworthy by all account. That's why some people never get tired of defaming first one in name of Puranic and even Vedic myths. Neither they know anything about this culture nor they can know. By saying this I can't leave contractors of Dharma to say whatever they like in the name of this Supreme one. They are more Pakhandi than those who just ignore or attacking as they are seeking to know at surface. Let us just count some important factors for worshiping Indra: 1. Anything that is of important can never be achieved by force, hence worshiping or bowing before is the best strategy as is the only way 2. Worshiping any deity is desirable to perfect that aspect of life such as fire for speech, ashiwns for good health, etc. (as I am not much concerned about these perfections, someone else will explain these areas) 3. But Indra being first and foremost among 33 Gods, it partakes eve...

Probability and Evidence

How can we collect evidence to form a conclusion? Evidence guide our thinking or our thinking guides collection of evidence. How much is sufficient evidence and what are relevant evidence both in the context of legal inquiry and auditing. As I am more in practice of auditing and also auditing exercises not exactly like advocating in favor of client, it is more unbiased perspective to look for evidence.  Being skeptical about client professionally can be said to be little negatively biased yet we are not actively seeking for frauds, we are more of neutral evidence collector. Then it is perfectly suitable place to be to seek neutral evidence. Auditors are both fact finders and judge for collected evidence given the benchmark of financial reporting framework (with high degree of subjectivity).  Going back to our first quest, whether evidence leads to thinking or thinking process leads to evidence collection. Let us take an example of bank branch with 23000 deposit holders, ...

Permanent working capital

 - Sharp conversion of one year revolving working capital (RWC) loans into permanent working capital (PWC) loan - however, can business model of those business justify those PWC loans -[ (a) Permanent working capital: This type of working capital is known as Fixed Working Capital. Permanent working capital means the part of working capital which is permanently locked up in the current assets to carry out the business smoothly. The minimum amount of current assets which is required to conduct the business smoothly during the year is called permanent working capital. Fixed working capital can further be divided into two categories as under:  1. Regular Working capital: Minimum amount of working capital required to keep the primary circulation. Some amount of cash is necessary for the payment of wages, salaries etc.  2. Reserve Margin Working capital: Additional working capital may also be required for contingencies that may arise any time. The reserve working capital is the...

Should our existence be conditioned?

I use to listen from my grandmother how a boy should react to insult. How should one convert the negative energy for making it positive. But I always saw inadequacy in this technique. Showing a person who hurt us with counter hurting is basically giving credit to our success to that same person and with violence too. It is the negative condition for our existence and what we want to do with our life. On the positive side, some say I live for my parents, wife, children etc. But what if there happens an event to affect them badly. Can they be source of our liability or source of our guilt? Are not we making them victim of our inability to cope with ourselves even after death. Then, what is the condition that we should adhere to so that we can live with peace?  First of all life is not conditioned but death is conditioned. A mistake can cause death and end this life's experience. All those conditioned must be avoided at minimum to live with peace. Life seeks continuity and rest ...

Agni - the origin of utility and economy

Agni - the origin of utility and economy §1. Agni is desire that is within every being and hence prevailing at least over earth where beings are possible.  §2. Sages shaped this fire within them, i.e. they not only controlled desire but also shaped that in the right direction. Without desire not only economy, but all activities whether mechanical without pre-thought or actions of beings or actions of human out of full consciousness, will not be possible. §3. Rig Vedic applaud of Agni that only after having converted forest Agni to home Agni, civilization began. Fools thought that they saw fire in forest and then established that fire in homes. It is the lowest interpretation possible but those who can not control desire can never be civilized. That is the meaning of those great words of Vedic sages. §4. By desire, utility is shaped and by utility economy is established. Though Kantian and Utilitarian denied anything that is within or without which need to be explained wit...

Learning R

Excel has always been not so interesting tool for me to perform anything. Since, I have prior experience of programming, though 10 years later I am trying data analysis with R which also gives programming facility, it is both curious and nostalgic feeling. I still remember that day when I learned programming in C in one night. I almost always had a habit of ignoring my lecturers, I was in serious trouble of giving practical exam of C. But the book was so nicely written, by executing codes and learning theory at the same time I scored 19/20 in internal theory exam and 70/80 later in final theory exam and 30/30 in internal practical and 16/20 in final practical exam. Later on C++ I scored 9/10 and 38/40 in theory exam and 28/30 and 18/20 in practical exam. Programming had always been my cup of tea and I enjoyed it as I can develop a system and see the output instantly. I can modify it till I satisfy myself regarding the output. Later on while doing project on C, my respected teacher...
