XYZ make the country's system
x- executive - communism or distribution oriented system (borrowed from India which borrowed from translated German copies which may be English)
y-judiciary- capital oriented system (borrowed from India which borrowed from UK )
z-legislature -confused mix of old Tantric/Vedic Society and x and y
society- mix of ultra modern and ultra conservatives (in larger portion)
history- metaphysical and believers of knowledge is everything even power is secondary
production system- division of labor by birth itself (efficient at first but conflict with right to choose the profession)-leading to no progress either forward or backward. but absence of moving forward when everyone is moving forward means we moved backward, no orientation in proudction of capital since everyone's food is secured with birth itself (in theory atleaset or with constant birth rate of 2 children per parents or with enough land mass to distribute)
max produced capital- temples and books ( which too it has not done for very long time)
person to blame- none - some tried to move towards better just system without complete understanding of what they desired
current scenario- still no clear idea about what we want and also no such leader or scholar who seems to have direction in the scenario-
future- very good one- time has dawaned to reflect on what we want to preserve what we are and what we will become. with great history of more than 2k years this land has produced civilization and books none can imagine. it is and always has been the source of clear knowledge it was trying to do the same again and again though with less success.
Dont forget we are Nation we have country we have civilization we have people we have struggled with adverse mountains to move life forward, we will move it again.
(All within my limited info and understanding also I couldnt measure the courage people have shown and some error happened which can cost immensley)(Hope for the best!! May Pasupatinath guide us in the right direction or whomsoever capable enough)
I just don’t have the energy to write against the popular teaching (perhaps I have read the wrong books) that Hindu jurisprudence is contained within the Smriti, mainly the Manusmriti, and the property systems of the two schools — Mitakshara and Dayabhaga (I forget which region each school belongs to). But these are laws, not jurisprudence. I admit I do not know the subject of jurisprudence deeply — such a tragedy — but it seems to me these were laws made for the time and place according to the wisdom of the sages of that era. The Smriti writers themselves clearly said that the source of their understanding is the Veda. So, anyone who wants to understand exactly what truth Hindus hold must study the Vedas. Those who cannot may go through the Upanishads (major texts distilled by sages to teach the essence of the Jñāna part of the Veda). Those who still find that difficult may turn to the Mahabharata (which is in itself a “great battle” to understand), or they may study Mīmāṁsā, Nyāya-śā...
