Bramha-path of knowledge and path of work

No-one but Gauri that Jagadambe again and again bestow these knowledge to mankind. I find solace in none but my beloved mother and mother of my forefathers  Vindhyabasini. May they all guide me to write something auspicious, something like honey and yet without any violence against truth. Like Om I may put words without any violence yet perform my work truthfully.

Explanation used - Ishavashya Upanishad Sanubad of Shankarvashyashait, Gita Press, Gorakhpur [Karma Kand leads to Pitri Lok and KarmaKanda leads to Dev lok - both of them I don't know anything about]

Transalations used -Ishavasya Upanishad 9,10&11 [Upanishads-I : Isha Upanishad, Sri Aurobindo]

9. Into a blind darkness they enter who follow after the Ignorance, they as if into a greater darkness who devote themselves to the Knowledge alone.

10. Other, verily, it is said, is that which comes by the Knowledge, other that which comes by the Ignorance; this is the lore we have received from the wise who revealed That to our understanding.

11. He who knows That as both in one, the Knowledge and the Ignorance, by the Ignorance crosses beyond death and by the Knowledge enjoys Immortality.

In English translation, the word "Ignorance" has been used and in Hindi translation with Adi Guru Shankaracharya's Vashya "Karma Kanda" used, in Sanskrit Vidhya and AAVidhya has been used. Since Shankaracharya is the Authority of the Vedanta, let us take it in Vedic Knowledge by Vidhya and Vedic Karmakanda by AAVidhya.

However, I will for the peace of my own mind, will use presence of information (without full realization) as Vidhya and application of information or repetition of application without further advancement in Knowledge or Information as AAVidhya.

Putting these words, now these 3 great hymns will explain how psychologically a man can go into darkness. Or run away from reality. Or run away from truth. What is truth? What is real? What is unreal? Anything that is permanent is said to be real. Some will say, life ends hence it is not truth, but rebirth makes life eternal hence life is real. Memory of senses and dreams trapped in a body are unreal. Matter is real as long as energy exists. etc. (idk much about these things). Everyday experience is real, experience of death is real. Lets say any event at time of happening is real. Everything else is memory.

What is real is bright, when one run away from bright one experience darkness.

Knowledge and its worship(practice) alone will withdraw reflection too because senses alone provide information. Bookish knowledge too are captured by some experiences of some agents and analyzed by mind.

When without worshiping knowledge, repeating even the ultimate truth known, mind perceive them as alien things without active involvement of senses or even mind.

Whole idea of experience by AAtma vanishes, though mind word I have used. Darkness is bound to come when only one side is worshiped.

XYZ and Time

IDK.....what is the final thing.......these are just assumptions...may be totally false things...

Hindu Jurisprudence- Smriti And some property law

I just don’t have the energy to write against the popular teaching (perhaps I have read the wrong books) that Hindu jurisprudence is contained within the Smriti, mainly the Manusmriti, and the property systems of the two schools — Mitakshara and Dayabhaga (I forget which region each school belongs to). But these are laws, not jurisprudence. I admit I do not know the subject of jurisprudence deeply — such a tragedy — but it seems to me these were laws made for the time and place according to the wisdom of the sages of that era. The Smriti writers themselves clearly said that the source of their understanding is the Veda. So, anyone who wants to understand exactly what truth Hindus hold must study the Vedas. Those who cannot may go through the Upanishads (major texts distilled by sages to teach the essence of the Jñāna part of the Veda). Those who still find that difficult may turn to the Mahabharata (which is in itself a “great battle” to understand), or they may study Mīmāṁsā, Nyāya-śā...
