"Anitya" Karmayogi's duality problem

The word "Anitya" may not be well defined without the word "Nitya" or which is regular or going on. Then by adding "Aa", it will lead to which is not regular or not in cycle. Since cycle is time, Anitya must be timeless. Like Adi Shankaracharya in explanation of Taitriya Upanishad said that which is Nitya is performed by action and is not permanent. Analyzing backward, all that is performed by action are regular or temporary, they will die. Everything under time will go change or regular or temporary or will die. Then action is nothing but the beginning of life that will results in death or transformation into something else. Whatever a man will do is action, even the KARMAYOGA which is often misunderstood as doing something, it is involuntary action (according to one's duty and without intervention) with perfection. For spiritual seeker it is Yagic Karma and not other xyzzy daily routine things. Since Karma Yoga is Yagic form is symbolical representation of universal truth, it will remind the Yajaman to seek what is behind. Also, the Gyankanda or the path of Upanishad too is action. It is also thinking or exchanging the conversation between the Guru and Sishya in near proximity of Bramha Gyan. Since, this conversation too, and mental conversation too with oneself is action. It will lead to death alone, it is not permanent. then  what is "Anitya", what road will lead to Anitya? They say Vayu is the self present Bramha, and many yogic practices are surrounded around it. Also, KHASS worship Vayu in Masto form and also their departed ancestors in Vayu form. Since, till the body function properly, breathing is the only involuntary action for men. They can't stop or start it on their will. They are simply helpless in this regard. Even their mind can't control it. Rather a good breathing smooth functioning of mind. "Nitya" is not "Rita" controlled by Varuna. xyzzy..... "Anitya" can't be set into action, action is performed as it is as its part that is the only logical conclusion. Something that is ever present must be the cause of things and action which can't result in permanent fruits. Rather they are the fruits of something ever present and reverts back to that ever present. Since, the child replicate its mother, Nitya is a child of Anitya, Nitya is also part of Anitya and try hard to be like Anitya. Since one is the product of another they are one. Like a mother can know the birth of a child and a child can't know the birth of the mother, Nitya can't know the nature of Anitya. but the Anitya knows the birth and life and death of its child, also is benevolent to end the child when it is no more enjoying the fruits of life. Duality is the problem of Nitya and not of Anitya. Nitya must long for duality of truth for claiming its own existence. xyzzy ....

Hindu Jurisprudence- Smriti And some property law

I just don’t have the energy to write against the popular teaching (perhaps I have read the wrong books) that Hindu jurisprudence is contained within the Smriti, mainly the Manusmriti, and the property systems of the two schools — Mitakshara and Dayabhaga (I forget which region each school belongs to). But these are laws, not jurisprudence. I admit I do not know the subject of jurisprudence deeply — such a tragedy — but it seems to me these were laws made for the time and place according to the wisdom of the sages of that era. The Smriti writers themselves clearly said that the source of their understanding is the Veda. So, anyone who wants to understand exactly what truth Hindus hold must study the Vedas. Those who cannot may go through the Upanishads (major texts distilled by sages to teach the essence of the Jñāna part of the Veda). Those who still find that difficult may turn to the Mahabharata (which is in itself a “great battle” to understand), or they may study Mīmāṁsā, Nyāya-śā...

Dharma - Nyaya

(To clear my thought process ) Dharma is that which bears, that which provides stability to a thing, a person, or a nation in motion. Nyaya is specific to the individual; A person who abides in Dharma may still be affected by the Adharma of another who fails to uphold it then the State/Society must inject Nyaya to tha specific person or group or even state. Jurisprudence (in my limited understanding and information ) could not ditinguish between these two concepts and confused it with morale, divine rule, command, society, economics etc. These two are related, but Dharma is what guides the Naya but here it has nothing to do with legal system, it is independent and move with truth, whereas Naya alone requires legal system. Hence, Jurisprudence has long divorced its essence of Dharma (somehow natural school using reason could hover around truth) and focus on legal system alone. ..................
