Sunya (zero) has no meaning

It may have nothing to do with philosophical discussion as here we have no literature discussion, also no mathematics of zero which I disliked during my Thapathali days from depth of my being.

It is an attempt to clarify my own pre-conception or mis-conception about emptiness or possibility of emptiness. From where this universe begin, since everything I have ever seen from my birth, consciously or unconsciously (except Sun and Moon) anything that born also dies. Or change form or loose their characteristics with flow of time. When everything is perishable then there must be end to this universe too. If this is going to end first thing why it began and let this accident had happened why being get born, let us accept this too but why human and even accepting that why me?? Haha, there is no point of getting birth in something that is going to die and that too with pain. talking about youth is too good and must of lunatic poets are running around lust of youth and calling it love and all nonsense, taking it from point of death it has no meaning. from zero we came and to zero we will go. That is it, if this perishable body is from zero to zero i.e. neither it existed before nor it will be afterwards, then all perishable things must too begin from zero and end at or vanish into zero. this perishable Universe too will die then it must have come from zero from the same reasoning. First the meaningless enterprise and that too not long lasting, what a boring story. By this fear men are wandering around for thousands of years (as if I have been wandering and have seen ) and seems will run around in spaceship for protecting this zero.

Quite a contrary to this childish conception of mine, Ishavasya-upanishad (may all protect this document at all cost) claim everything is covered by Bramha. All, yes all means all, even something that is space where zero occur is covered by Bramha. That's why they claim it all came from complete (Purna) and from complete, complete emerge and so on. By assuming proof of Upanishad/Vedas Bramha is beyond any qualification, quite matching the definition of zero. But it covers. (they have not given this one Genius!!), it moves not but it is faster than mind etc have been given for all senses. Only way it transcend all senses and their physical qualities is it must not be something physical. If something is not physical yet it is there then that must be the one covering all. If that which is not covers everything then which is must be out of which is not and which is dissolve into which is not but that which is not is contained in itself without any qualification then there must be no place for Shunya. One who believe in Shunya must limit themselves to five senses and one mind, which are by nature within boundaries. Then that must be meaningless life, as without any base/bliss they emerge and die or this Shunya is so destructive a mother it give birth to its children then eat them out. Which is against any textual proof of Vedas. But this Shunya is nothing but false and best suited for mathematical purpose only, that too when something is in existence prior to their removal and then called that space a zero. Otherwise, it was already zero without counting space or placeholder of object will again lead to false conclusion of nothingness or emptiness.

Hindu Jurisprudence- Smriti And some property law

I just don’t have the energy to write against the popular teaching (perhaps I have read the wrong books) that Hindu jurisprudence is contained within the Smriti, mainly the Manusmriti, and the property systems of the two schools — Mitakshara and Dayabhaga (I forget which region each school belongs to). But these are laws, not jurisprudence. I admit I do not know the subject of jurisprudence deeply — such a tragedy — but it seems to me these were laws made for the time and place according to the wisdom of the sages of that era. The Smriti writers themselves clearly said that the source of their understanding is the Veda. So, anyone who wants to understand exactly what truth Hindus hold must study the Vedas. Those who cannot may go through the Upanishads (major texts distilled by sages to teach the essence of the Jñāna part of the Veda). Those who still find that difficult may turn to the Mahabharata (which is in itself a “great battle” to understand), or they may study Mīmāṁsā, Nyāya-śā...
